The owners of this property had an emotional connection to the land and the house that stood here for generations. Unfortunately, the old family home was beyond saving, but we were able to salvage beams and some lovely details to incorporate into the new build. We worked closely with the couple to maintain the charm of a riverfront home and added the modern touches they wanted. It has since become a welcoming home to their growing family and future generations.
