This customer purchased a prime corner lot on the ocean in Cocoa Beach. They brought us inspiration photo's from Coastal Living Magazines, featuring beautiful coastal homes from the northeast. After working closely with them to finalize the floorplan, we presented the house in 3D format, so they could envision the room sizes and the views they would have from each room. We made certain that the patios were ample, providing for a beautiful outdoor fireplace and seating area. Paying full attention to the details they desired really paid off at the end.
