Trade Wind Builder’s main focus back in 1997 was to focus as a design-build company for the turn-key design and construction of single-family homes on customers’ privately owned property in Brevard County. Before starting this company, our founder had a long history of working in subdivisions where builders offer models of homes with very limited selections and no flexibility in allowing clients to make changes to a plan. Trade Wind Builders is now in its 27th year of operations and has yet to build the same home or renovation project twice. Every home we build is different. Some clients bring us nothing more than an idea, others have a design in mind but want to modify some areas and other clients will start with one of our existing designs and make changes to that. We will work with any plan that is professionally drawn and engineered to the current code.
Our renovation projects are all very unique as well. We have completed hundreds of room additions and interior, exterior, bath, and kitchen remodels in Brevard County. We can measure, design and if necessary, consult with our PE. We pull the permits and construct your project all turn-key.
Trade Wind Builders’ strongest asset is that we work as a team and relate as a family. Our subcontractors have all been with us for many years. Our employees are a very tight group who all work closely together and communicate daily about our projects. The whole TWB crew takes pride in everything we do which makes what we provide for our clients a much better product. Warranty and service calls are rare in our homes because of this pride in workmanship, but if our past clients need us, we respond quickly and correct any issues.
