We knew that building a home in Florida while living in Ohio, would have its challenges. We needed to find a builder that understood our vision and was great at communicating due to the distance. When we met John Sinatra, we knew we had our guy. We developed rapport and trust with John very quickly. He was always listening and would give us options to make our best decisions. John cared about our home and it shows. His attention to detail is beyond anything we could have imagined. We didn’t know anything about living oceanside and John offered great suggestions and advice. Joan was a bonus we didn’t expect. She was able to sketch out and design spaces in the house to help us visualize what a room would look like completed. Working with John and Joan was a pleasure and we would LOVE to work with them again.
