Holiday Weekend comes to a close in Brevard County
What a great Easter Weekend in Brevard County. With all the family activities going on, it was a nice break for the entire crew at Trade Wind Builders. Whether you were in Cocoa Beach for the Ron Jon Surf Contest or in Melbourne for the Downtown Art Festival, there was fun to be had all across Brevard County. Or maybe you had family down for Easter and made your way to the Beach for some fun in the sun. Whatever your choice, there were no wrong activities over the weekend in Brevard County. With the holiday behind us, Trade Wind Builders has continued to push forward on many projects across Brevard County. Up in Cape Canaveral, our Trade Wind crew is putting the final touches on the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office. As the project enters the final stages, the near-completed project is starting to take shape. We would like to thank everyone involved, and an especially big thank you to the entire staff in Cape Office for working with us on such a great project for Brevard County.
Other Projects Across Brevard County
Along with our commercial project up in Cape Canaveral, Trade Wind has many residential building projects all across Brevard County. Trade Wind Builders has started 2011 off with a Bang! We have a couple of residential remodeling projects coming to a close in Cocoa Beach along with a couple of projects in the bidding and design phase as well. We also have a restaurant build-out in the bid and design phase in Cocoa Village. Our remodeling projects continue to grow in the Melbourne area as well. Leading the charge are our great clients inside the gates of the beautiful IRCC and our Beach-Side clients in Indialantic and Satellite Beach. We continue to see substantial remodeling growth in both areas, and we are proud of any opportunity that those areas bring. Trade Wind has seen a slight up-tick in new construction as well. We currently have a new custom home under construction in Volusia County and a new custom home under contract in The Great Outdoors located in Titusville, here in Brevard County.

Although all of Trade Wind Builders permitted projects in Brevard County aren’t listed within this blog, we believe it shows a bit of silver lining for the future.
